About Align Sourcing and Supplier Management

I’m Raina Hendrickson. I am an entrepreneur, dedicated to helping you develop the supply chain solutions that you’ve been looking for. I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I started Align in 2023 out of my home office, with nothing more than passion, a laptop, and the dream of owning my own company. I am incredibly proud to have developed this company and I look forward to seeing how far I can take it.

My History

I am degreed as a paralegal. Kind of crazy, right? My hope when I was in college was to go to law school, but life takes twists and turns. Instead of law school, found myself working my way up in the quality control ranks of the manufacturing industry. At some point my career took a turn toward sourcing and supplier development. Who would have thought this is where I would end up? Certainly not college age me, but here I am with thirteen years of supplier quality and development expertise, ready to help you solve your supply chain issues. Bring them to me! This is what I do.

Who I Serve

My ideal client is going to be someone with a supply chain problem or a quality concern that they need to resolve, and we all know that they come in many forms. Typically, I work with companies that provide some form of product or material to a larger OEM, but I do love to take on clients who are developing a new product as well! I find new product development to be extremely fun and satisfying work! So, if this is the type of project that you have, do not hesitate to bring it to me! This is what I do!

A lot of the time, my clients have hefty goals that require a lot of resources that they may not be able to allocate. I can help with that! You tell me your supply chain goals, and I will help you find a way to achieve them.

Often, my clients need someone to help them find suppliers that are qualified to provide extremely specific products or materials. I can also help with this! If I do not already have a qualified supplier that is ready to begin supplying material to you, I will happily provide the service of finding and qualifying them for you.

There are also times when a client needs help managing their suppliers in general or due to some kind of quality escape. I can help you perform annual supplier audits, I can help with containment surround a quality escape, I can perform root cause analysis and work through corrective actions, if one were to be issued, or I can simply help you to improve supplier performance issues.
